Python Job: Data Analyst-Tecan Evo Plus and Fluent Biosero GBG

Data Analyst -Tecan Evo Plus and Fluent, Biosero Green Button Go (GBG) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Gaining a general understanding of the research and workflows performed in the Display Technologies team, helping to develop enhanced analysis tools
• Assisting scientists to do configuration in the IT systems or to perform those configuration on the scientists behalf
• Discovering, analysing and refining the implementation of use cases supporting the work of scientists in pRED by engaging with different stakeholders and user representatives
• Gaining a deep understanding of the IT landscape within pRED and LMR as well as Display Technologies
• Overlooking FAIRification process of the assay data
• Setting up Certara D360 queries and Tibco Spotfire Templates for assisting decision making

Your experience/knowledge:

• 2+ years of work experience in lab automation and data analysis, preferred in Tecan Evo Plus as well as Fluent and Biosero Green Button GO
• 2+ years of expertise as Data Analyst with Business Analyst tasks like user stories between Lab and Developers in pharma research industry
• Proficiency with Spotfire, JIRA and Python
• Knowledge and understanding of IDBS E-WorkBook and BioBook
• Finished Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or Bioinformatics along with a strong understanding of Biological or Lab related themes
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
